How does it work ?

We have been working hard to be able to offer a new remote contact-less streamlined buying process for our customers,  be they nearby and local or at a distance nationally. With the support of our finance companies new home application, sign up and payout service, as well as a national delivery option we can smoothly and simply assist in the purchase of your next car by following the below steps.

  • 1 CHOOSE your Car.

    View online our main dealer sourced part exchange vehicles by clicking on the Used Car Tab at the top of the page or go to www.dpcarsonline.co.uk/used-cars All pictures are taken in our indoor photo-booth with full descriptions. All vehicles are multi point checked in our own workshop by our Bosch Trained Mechanic and are independently MOT'ed.
  • 2 DISCUSS A DEAL

    Feel free to call us on 01803 524770 or email direct to salesdpcars.co.uk if you have any questions or would like us to complete a walk and talk around the vehicle.   • 3 PART EXCHANGE.

    If you have a part exchange just let us know the full registration number and mileage and we can work out a part exchange value for you. Some customers even email over or WhatsAPP us a few pictures of their car if required. Whats APP to 07811 205 395. We like to think we are more than fair with our part exchange prices and understand that it is a used car and won't be picking apart every stone chip and minor mark. We have been doing this for a number of years and trust our customers to give a fair and accurate description of their car.
  • 4 FINANCE.

    We can discuss finance options, deposits, monthly payments and time periods over the phone or feel free to use our website finance application service. This is located at the bottom of the page on the car your are considering buying. If you wish to proceed our finance company can even email you your documents to complete online in the comfort of your own home. We have facilities for all levels of finance from excellent right through to customers who have experienced trouble accessing finance in the past, as well as everyone in between.
  • 5 PAYMENTS.

    We have multiple options for payment including over the phone card payments, online bank transfer BACS or finance. Unlike many garages we DON'T charge an admin fee on top of the purchase price.
  • 6 PAPERWORK

    We can take car of all the paperwork for you, from registering the car with D.V.L.A. to online tax, dealing with part exchange and cancelling the tax on any part exchange vehicle. The only thing you will need to do is change over your car insurance. We are also happy to help with transferring registration numbers for those who have a private number plate they wish to retain or transfer.
  • 7 DELIVERY Or Click and Collect

    We can deliver nationally. Call or email to discuss times and availability. If you want completely contact-less service our driver will wipe down the interior with Antibacterial and Anti-Virus Alcohol wipes. We will also wipe down the keys and post them through the letter box. During Covid 2 we can now offer an on-site click and collect system
